Pulmonary sequestration is a rare congenital abnormality which often diagnosed in childhood. There are two types of differentiated by the presence, or lack pleural lining dividing aberrant lung tissue from functional lung. Data for management this pathology adults remains scarce. Here we present case intralobar pulmonary an adult. The patient comprised surgical treatment involving lobectomy and ligation feeding vessel. had uneventful recovery final revealed chronic infection sequestration.
